I purchased a van from IS Auto after seeing it on Autotrader. Overall I am satisfied with the handover and the purchase, I was however not very sure when I first saw the vehicle whether the seller actually wanted to sell it at all, as he seemed unsure, and didn't have it ready for me to test drive, despite calling him in advance and offering to take it away on the day. No other issues encountered otherwise and happy with my purchase
I S Autos were helpful because, they were very friendly and not pushy at all. Had a long test drive, and look round the car. They even mot'd it for 12 months as only had 5 months on originally, serviced it and replaced the wet belt at a cost of £400 approx, which I think is policy for all cars they sell. Very happy and would highly recommend.
My experience at I S Autos was memorable because there was know rush to look round I could ask questions take a test drive take my time in deciding Stewart most most friendly as were the others who we spoke to I wouldnt hesitate in buying a car from here even Stewart came out his way to pick our car up great service!
I'd recommend I S Autos to a friend because they are very helpful and have a great variety of cars on offer. They seem to really care even with after sales and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Overall id recommend to anyone
